AnFan Steel Peak Fan held the MES system on-line ceremony

      

On September 1, 2023, Anshan Steel Peak Fan Co., Ltd. held the MES system on-line ceremony on the first floor of the office building. Yan Longyin, the leader of the company's Digitalization II Pioneer Group, together with the relevant persons in charge of the project as well as the first-line workers in the workshop, attended this on-line ceremony.

MES system is in the planning layer and the field automation system between the implementation layer, mainly responsible for workshop production management and scheduling implementation. MES system will also bring us a lot of convenient way of working, such as "trigger automatic collaterals", "control of production processing order" and so on, will improve the operator's performance. Yan Longyin, the leader of the pioneer team of digitalization phase II, said that the smooth on-line of MES can standardize the production management and improve the work efficiency, which is a milestone to deepen the construction of transparent factory.
