The average work experience of Anfan employees is over 10 years, including 42 engineers and 31 technicians at the intermediate level or above. The professional R&D and design team is comprised of 35 members, qualified as registered public equipment engineers, and who serve on national and international fan standardization technical committees.

AnFan has established three domestic scientific research institutions in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, and Xi'an Jiao Tong University, as well as three international scientific research teams in partnership with companies in Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
