First, new employees introduced themselves, including their personal background, professional skills, and expectations for joining the company. This session not only deepens the mutual understanding between new employees, but also provides a platform for new employees to showcase themselves, thereby laying the foundation for better integration into the team.

Next, the new employees shared their work experience since joining the company, including the challenges they faced, their achievements, and their insights on personal growth. In addition, everyone also had in-depth discussions on the specific problems encountered.

In order to enhance the spirit of teamwork and tacit understanding among members, we organized a teamwork game - Build a Tower Together. This activity not only tested the strategic thinking and creativity of team members, but also strengthened communication and collaboration between teams in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
